The offer for an installation of an £1150 combi boiler refers to the Vokera Easi-Heat Plus 25C Combi Boiler. This offers is for a straight swap of an old existing boiler with the new boiler going straight back where the old boiler can out from. All pipework must be present for this offer. If your boilers existing flues exit the roof via slat,felt,or tiles, there will be an additional cost for carrying out the extra work involved & the charge for more flue parts/pipes are charged at an extra. A mechanical time clock will be the standard for the offers. Remote programmers & timers are charged as an extra if required. If your existing old boiler has no condensate pipework present I.E a non condensing boiler, condensate pipework will need be installed from the boilers drain into a local soil pipe.This will require extra work & materials for this to be installed, all condensing boilers require condensate pipework to be fitted according to manufactures instructions. Electrics will need to be close to boiler with a fused switched spur. Earth bonding will need to be present & correct,bonding present at meter,clipping of pipework will need to be right. Gas supply pipework will need to be sound with no leaks and suitably sized for the required amount of gas to pass to boiler.
